For additional guests, the living room includes a sleeper sofa. Each guest room is equipped with a 55-inch flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the main garage; overflow parking is available for $30 per vehicle per day if reserved in advance. Please note that pets and smoking are strictly prohibited. No boats, jet skis, RVs, or trailers are allowed per association rules. For stays between March 1st and May 1st, the minimum check-in age is 25 years old. Additionally, beach towels are not provided.
