The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a king bed, a guest room with a queen bed, a king bed located in the boathouse basement, and a dedicated bunk room with 4 twin beds, perfect for kids. The property features 3 spa-like bathrooms, including one with a sauna in the shower and an essential oil diffuser, another boasting a Kohler soaking tub and an infinity sink, and a third featuring a one-sided porthole window with views of Washington Island.

The heart of the home is the sunroom, where a metal roof turns rainfall into pure magic and waterproof drapes allow you to enjoy storms or lake views bug-free.
