Designed by a mother of six who understands the challenges of finding spacious rentals for large families, this inviting getaway is named after the owner's son, Liam, and is dedicated to providing a fun, family-inspired experience on Florida's most relaxing beach.

The home is thoughtfully configured with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate your group. The master suite offers a King size bed and a private bathroom for ultimate relaxation. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the imaginative bunk room contains two bunk beds with twin size beds. To delight the youngest guests, the bunk room is fully transformed with an under the sea theme painted across all four walls and the ceiling. For additional flexibility, the living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa. This layout allows the home to comfortably sleep up to 6 adults, with a maximum occupancy of 10 guests including children.

Designed for togetherness, the kitchen opens directly into the dining area and living room, offering plenty of room for the whole family to gather. For entertainment, the property features an added game room equipped with foosball, an air hockey table, and a custom arcade.

Located in the serene environment of Navarre Beach, this home serves as a peaceful base for your coastal escape. Guests are encouraged to inquire about the available beach package, which typically includes a guaranteed 6-seater golf cart, along with beach toys, umbrellas, bikes, a wagon, and beach chairs.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Primary renter must be 25 years or older
• A signed rental agreement and security deposit hold are required
• Pets: Dogs are welcome (maximum 2, under 50lbs) with a fee of $100 per dog. Dogs must be crated when not under direct supervision and are strictly prohibited from all furniture and beds. No cats allowed.
• Security: Outside security cameras are located at each door
• Door codes and detailed directions are sent prior to arrival
