This level also includes a queen suite with neighborhood and water views, and a front balcony perfect for watching the sunset.

The third floor houses three additional bedrooms, each with its own full bath. The primary suite is a true sanctuary, boasting a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a private balcony with a hammock and rocking chairs. Its en suite bath is a spa-like retreat featuring a separate soaking tub and a large rain shower. A second king suite and a bunk room complete the sleeping arrangements, all offering beautiful vistas of the water. A convenient laundry area with a washer and dryer is also located on this level.

• Restrictions: No pets, no smoking, and no parties or events. No boats, trailers, or RVs are permitted on the property, and watercraft may not be tied to the pier.
• Community Rules: Guests must follow all Caribbean Isle regulations regarding noise and trash. Trash must be placed at the road Friday afternoon for Saturday morning pickup.
• Guest Policy: An adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25.
