Designed to accommodate large groups, the home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious master bedroom suite with a king bed, a second master suite featuring a queen bed, a first guest room with a full-over-queen bunk bed, and a second guest room equipped with two twin-over-twin bunk beds.

While the property is streamlined for simplicity, guests can enjoy several integrated features for a relaxing stay:

• Minimum rental age: 25 years old (No exceptions; guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent)
• Pets: Up to two dogs (max 50 lbs) permitted with a non-refundable $250 fee per pet. Please mention pets during reservation.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the home
• No events or parties of any kind are permitted
• Monthly Winter Rates: Special rates available for "Snowbirds" from November through February (subject to a $150 cleaning fee)
