House Rules

1. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests must adhere to this rule and smoke only at outdoor areas.

2. No parties or events: Parties, gatherings, or any form of excessive noise that may disturb neighbors are not allowed. The property is intended for quiet enjoyment by registered guests only.

3. Respect quiet hours: Guests must observe quiet hours, typically from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone in the neighborhood.

4. No pets: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, pets are not allowed on the property.

5. Maximum occupancy: Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy limit specified in the listing. Additional guests may only stay if prior arrangements have been made and additional fees, if applicable, have been paid.

6. Keep the property clean and tidy: Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness during their stay. They should clean up after themselves, dispose of trash properly, and leave the property in a reasonably clean condition upon departure.

7. Respect the neighborhood: Guests should be mindful of the neighbors and refrain from engaging in any disruptive or illegal activities. They should follow local laws, regulations, and any community guidelines.

8. Use amenities responsibly: Guests should use the provided amenities, such as appliances, electronics, and facilities, responsibly and as intended. Any damages resulting from misuse will be subject to reimbursement.

9. Security and safety: Security of the property by locking doors and windows when leaving or at night. They should also familiarize themselves with emergency procedures and follow any safety instructions provided.

10. Communication with the host: Guests are encouraged to maintain open communication with the host throughout their stay. They should promptly report any issues, damages, or concerns to the host and follow their instructions.

11. Parking: Guests are to park on the driveway and on the street as available. Please do NOT park on the dirt side of the driveway, on the lawn or on the neighbors' properties.

12. BBQ and Firepit: Please use caution near open fire. Please do not let children near open fire or unattended.

13. Game Room: please enjoy the game room safely and responsibly. Please do not place any food or drinks on the games/machines.

14. Beach/Water Equipment: please exercise caution when operating water equipment. By using, playing, or operating any beach/water equipment, guests agree to indemnify and defend hosts/owners against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgements, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from guests or guests family/group's use of or presence upon the facilities of White Sands Haven.

15. Compliance with house rules: Guests are expected to comply with all the house rules set forth by the host. Failure to do so may result in penalties, additional fees, or in severe cases, immediate termination of the reservation.
