A maximum of two cars is allowed, and boats, jet skis, trailers, or recreational vehicles are not permitted on the property. Pets are not allowed. To ensure a smooth arrival, guests booking within 48 hours of arrival must provide a copy of their ID and credit card matching the reservation name by the close of business on the day of booking.

Pet Questionnaire

Be advised that the association is NOT a pet-friendly property, and this application is not an assumption of such. Deeded owners are allowed pets with proper approval and registration.

The association retains the right to ensure that all pets on the property are documented and registered prior to the guest’s arrival. All pets on the property without proper registration will result in the owner being fined $200 per day, the pet will be required to be removed from the premises, and guests may be evicted.

All pets must be leashed, and the owner must always accompany pets. No pets are allowed in the pool areas, except in limited instances, and all pet waste must be picked up. We love pets, but pets are not allowed on the property. Any pet or evidence of a pet found on premises is cause for eviction.

*Note: Under the Fair Housing Act (FHA) a service animal, for example a guide dog that is for the visually impaired, can stay in any short-term rental property accompanied by a letter from a medical doctor and proper legal paperwork and identification. An assistance animal, for example an emotional support pet, does not constitute the provisions under the short-term FHA regulations and cannot stay in a short-term non-pet friendly property.
