Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the master bedroom, a second queen bed in the guest room, and a convenient sleeper sofa in the living area. For your entertainment, the living area and both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs featuring Roku.

While this fully furnished unit offers a well-stocked kitchen for your home-cooked meals, the surrounding complex provides an array of activities to ensure fun for everyone. Guests have access to a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, Pickleball, and dedicated grilling areas. For those bringing their own watercraft, the complex is well-equipped with a boat launch, boat slips, and designated parking for boat trailers.

Located in beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama, this property allows you to seamlessly transition from the excitement of the Gulf to the tranquility of the lagoon, making it an ideal base for creating cherished memories.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum age to rent and check-in: 25 years old (Photo ID required)
• Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited
• Linens are provided, but guests must bring their own beach towels
• Starter set included: hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels
• Parking: Passes are handled on-site by the association and are subject to charges; separate passes are required for boats and boat trailers
• Complex Access: Please use the new "B" elevator on the west side or the "C" elevator on the east side depending on your unit location; parking passes remain available in the "A" building lobby
