The second bedroom also features a King bed with an adjoining shower-tub combo. The third bedroom offers two Queen beds and a shower-tub combo, while the fourth and fifth bedrooms provide a Queen bed and two single bunk beds, respectively.

Inside, you will find an open-concept living area anchored by a cozy fireplace and a flatscreen TV. The heart of the home is a chef-inspired kitchen featuring granite countertops, a double oven, and an extra-large island equipped with a 6-burner gas stovetop and a second sink. For dining, guests can enjoy the indoor space for eight, six stools at the bar, or a six-top dining table located on the pool patio.

The outdoor experience is truly exceptional. Steps from Buchanan Bay, you will find an organic-shaped full-sized in-ground pool surrounded by chaise lounge chairs. • House Rules: Pets are not allowed. No more than 12 people are permitted on the property at any given time without prior owner permission and an event fee. The primary renter must be over age 25 and present for the entire stay.
• Policies: Saturday-to-Saturday reservations are required during peak summer season. Weekly rentals only during the ADSFR Fishing Rodeo.
• Additional Details: All linens are provided. Please note that this property is equipped with exterior cameras for security. Additional charges include a cleaning fee, 13% lodging tax, a non-refundable reservation fee, a damage waiver, and optional travel insurance.
