The home is configured with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests:

• SE King Suite: King bed with deck access and an en-suite bathroom shared with one guest room
• NE Queen Suite: Queen bed, sharing a bathroom with the primary suite
• SW Queen Room: Queen bed with deck access, sharing the hall bathroom
• NW Bunk Room: Twin-over-Twin and Full-over-Full bunk beds, sharing the hall bathroom
