Upstairs, you will find a third king bedroom with Gulf views and a spacious bunk room featuring two twin-over-twin bunks. Each bedroom is equipped with its own Smart TV, and a second shared bathroom is located on the upper level. Both bathrooms include a vanity and a tub/shower combo.

Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows frame postcard views of the Gulf. The open main floor creates a social hub, flowing from a fully equipped kitchen to the dining area and a cognac leather sectional facing a 65" Smart TV. Outside, the wrap-around deck serves as the heart of the home, complete with Adirondack chairs for morning coffee and an outdoor table for grilling fresh seafood while watching the sunset.

For unique entertainment, the area tucked under the home features a private 7-hole putt-putt course, a cornhole setup, and a brand-new 7-person hot tub. To make your beach days effortless, the hosts provide a beach wagon, chairs, toys, and boogie boards.
