The residence is thoughtfully designed with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The upper level is dedicated to relaxation, featuring bedrooms with king beds, each boasting its own private bath with a separate lavatory space, a television, and the luxury of a private balcony. For the younger travelers, the downstairs bedroom is perfect for kids, equipped with two twin beds, a flatscreen TV, and a collection of books and games to keep them entertained.

The heart of the home is an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the dining area and living room to a fully stocked kitchen, with a convenient half bath located nearby. The interior charm extends outdoors, where you can spend your days lounging on the private deck off the living room or exploring any of the other three decks that offer lovely water views. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the hallway for your ease.

Located on the east end of the island, you are perfectly positioned within 1.5 miles of the Sea Lab, Estuarium, the historic Civil War-era fort, and the ferry landing. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to the Audubon Nature Preserve, sacred Shell Mounds, Cadillac Square, Magnolia Park, and the scenic island bike path.

As part of the Sandcastle Community, guests enjoy access to two pools with covered cabanas and easy boardwalk access to the beach. Please note that this facility no longer allows tenant boat parking.

• Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 6 guests
• Smoking is not permitted
• Pets are not allowed
• All linens are provided
• Saturday to Saturday reservations are preferred during the peak summer season
• A mid-clean charge applies to 30-day rentals
• Additional charges include a cleaning fee, 13% lodging tax, a non-refundable reservation fee, a damage waiver, and optional travel insurance
