The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to suit families or groups: the master bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed and a private bath, while a second bedroom provides a cozy queen-sized bed. A recently added fourth bedroom serves as a serene retreat with its own queen-sized bed and private bath. For added flexibility, the third bedroom is equipped with a twin-over-full bunk bed and an additional twin bed.

The heart of the home is a spacious and airy living area featuring an open kitchen design with granite countertops, a new backsplash, and windows that frame captivating water views. Brand-new flooring and a freshly painted interior and exterior enhance the modern feel of this beachfront getaway. Outside, you can bask in the sun on the expansive wrap-around deck, which offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the water, or take a refreshing dip in the private pool.

Located along the sandy beaches of the Mississippi Sound, the property is strategically positioned just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, providing easy access to pristine waters.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum renter age: 25 (must be present during the entire stay)
• Pets: Allowed (non-refundable pet deposit per pet)
• Restrictions: No parties or events allowed; occupancy limits must be observed at all times
• Booking Requirements: Saturday to Saturday reservations are required during peak summer season; ADSFR Fishing Rodeo requires weekly rentals only
• Additional Details: All linens provided; propane grill provided (renter responsible for propane)
• Additional Charges: Cleaning fee, 13% lodging tax, non-refundable reservation fee, damage waiver, and optional travel insurance. A mid-clean charge applies to 30-day rentals.
