Designed for comfort and relaxation, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The layout is thoughtfully arranged to provide both social spaces and private retreats. On the west side of the house, you will find two bedrooms and a full bath; one bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the other offers a queen bed paired with a twin bunk. The east side of the home is dedicated to the master suite, which features a king bed, a crib, and a private master bath complete with dual vanities and a walk-in closet.

Inside, the home boasts an open floor plan with lovely beach décor and water views from every room. The living area is centered around a decorative fireplace and features large flat-screen televisions in each bedroom. Guests can enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools, a dedicated dining area, a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a convenient laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The elegant pool deck sits slightly elevated above the main full-sized deck, which includes a seating area and a ceramic grill for taking in sweeping Sound views.
