This charming studio space features a king-size bed, a sitting area with a flat-screen TV, and a fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar. As you step through the unit, you'll pass by a cozy sleeping nook with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, perfect for additional guests. The serene color palette throughout the home will have you feeling relaxed and ready to enjoy your vacation. Take in the stunning views of the bay from your private deck, or explore the community's shared amenities, including a pool with a covered cabana and a fishing pier with a cleaning station. Boaters will appreciate the on-site boat launch, though boat slips and lifts are not available for renter use. Please note that the property has a few important rules: no smoking, and guests must be at least 25 years old. Additional charges may apply, including a cleaning fee, lodging tax, and a non-refundable reservation fee. Saturday-to-Saturday reservations are preferred during the peak summer season, and weekly rentals are required for the ADSFR Fishing Rodeo.
