The home is thoughtfully laid out for practicality and comfort, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 full bathrooms. The master suite includes a smaller bathroom tucked away for privacy. For additional flexibility, the sun-filled sitting room provides a lovely spot for breakfast or afternoon tea and includes a futon sofa that folds down into a queen to accommodate two more guests. Additionally, the partially-finished basement houses two twin bunk beds and a guest-accessible laundry area.

Inside, the open-concept living space is appointed with high-end furnishings and versatile seating options. The kitchen comes stocked with all the essentials, and a double-sided gas fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere to unwind after a day of adventure. Step through the rear slider to find an impressive backyard oasis that is an entertainer's dream during the warmer months. This space is highlighted by a heated salt water pool, a covered porch for relaxing summer nights, and an outdoor kitchen and bar equipped with a TV and a dining table that fits 8 or more guests.

Lake Geneva is a premier destination regardless of the season. Summer visitors can indulge in endless lake activities, while autumn is perfect for visiting pumpkin patches and viewing vibrant foliage. In winter, the area provides easy access to multiple ski areas, all while being just a hop, skip, and a jump from Chicago and Milwaukee.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: Maximum 4 cars; no street parking; garage is unavailable for guest use
• Pool: Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend; usage outside these dates is not guaranteed
• Security: Exterior cameras are located at the front entrance, driveway, and pool area
• House Rules: Please start a wash cycle for pool towels before checkout
• Supplies: Toiletry and startup supplies are provided for the first 2-3 days
• Requirements: An electronic guest rental agreement and identity verification must be completed to finalize the booking
