For additional flexibility, the fourth bedroom is a finished basement rec room equipped with a full bath and a twin daybed with a trundle, which can be pulled out side by side to create a larger bed.

The interior is professionally decorated and centered around an open-concept living area abundant with natural light, beautifully complimented by a real stone gas fireplace. Guests can enjoy the seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living with a screened-in porch and two private balconies. As an end unit, this townhome offers enhanced privacy and the added bonus of a lake view.
