To maintain the peace of the neighborhood, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM, and outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:00 PM. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Pets and smoking are not permitted on the property. No parties or additional unregistered guests are allowed. Please note that the home is equipped with non-recording NoiseAware monitors. Guests should be aware of potential road noise in the front bedroom due to the proximity to Gravois Rd and ongoing construction in the vicinity. A $79 Trust & Safety Fee is collected at payment to waive the security deposit.
