Step outside into your own private backyard oasis. The property features a beautiful private swimming pool, which is complimentary and heated between November and April at no additional cost. The heater is set to maintain a comfortable 85°F, though please note that if outdoor temperatures drop significantly (typically below 40°F to 50°F), the water temperature may fluctuate. In addition to the pool, the home provides a 2-car garage and convenient RV parking.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. We are proud to be pet-friendly, and pets stay completely free of charge for up to 3 house-trained cats and dogs. To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please note that pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding, must not enter the pool, and owners must pick up all dog waste.

Other house rules include a strict no-smoking policy indoors (smoking outdoors is permitted with doors and windows closed) and a prohibition on parties, loud music, or excessive noise to comply with city regulations. Please be aware that lost keys or remotes incur a $125 charge, and indoor smoking results in a $300 fee. Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and agree to the rental conditions.
