Practical Details & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM (Early check-in requests may be approved for $15 per hour, subject to availability)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM (Late check-out requests may be approved for $20 per hour)
• Pets: Dog-friendly (up to 2 dogs allowed). A non-refundable $150 fee is charged manually after booking. Unauthorized pets or non-disclosure will result in a $300 fine.
• Smoking: Strict NO SMOKING policy indoors; violations result in a $250 fine.
• Additional Fees: Unapproved late check-outs carry a $50 fine. Stays longer than 21 days require a $50 long-term cleaning fee. Lost and found items are shipped for a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs.
• Accessibility: Please note there are several steps leading from the driveway up to the house.
