This expansive home is designed for groups, featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a main-level master suite with a king-sized bed, a second main-floor bedroom with a queen bed, and a third main-level room featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. A fourth bedroom with a full-sized bed is conveniently located downstairs off the kitchen. The master suite is a particular highlight, offering sliding glass doors to the waterfront balcony and a bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi tub, double vanity sink, and shower.

Inside, the home boasts living areas on both levels, each featuring cozy couches and flat-screen TVs. The lower level hosts an open-concept kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large breakfast bar with three stools, and a dining table that seats four. This area leads directly to a refreshing screened porch.

Outdoor living is where The Sunset Hideaway truly shines. Guests can enjoy a gas fire pit on the upper balcony or unwind in a hammock situated right by the water. For boating enthusiasts, the private dock includes a massive 15x34 slip capable of fitting even the largest boats (please note the boat lift has been removed for guest safety). A kayak is also available for exploration. For your convenience, lifejackets and beach towels are provided in the upstairs living room closet.

Perfectly situated for both relaxation and adventure, the property is just 10 minutes from Osage Beach. By boat, you are minutes away from Millers Landing & Marina, Landshark Bar & Grill, The Fish & Co, and Paradise Tropical Restaurant & Bar. By car, you'll find easy access to Big Surf Water Park, Seven Springs Winery, Margaritaville, and Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Rules: No pets, no smoking inside, and no parties. Loud music is prohibited after 11:00 PM.
• Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required before check-in. Verification via government-issued ID and a matching credit card is mandatory; a background check may be required.
• Departure: Guests are asked to clean out the fridge, run the dishwasher, consolidate trash into the complex dumpster, close windows, and turn off lights.
