Upstairs, the second bedroom is filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows and holds two queen-sized beds. Downstairs, bedrooms three and four each provide two queen-sized beds and sliding glass doors that open directly to the lower balcony. Each of the four bedrooms includes its own attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and shower/tub combo.

The heart of the home is a kitchen equipped with butcher block countertops, stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, a breakfast bar seating four, and a dining table seating five. The adjacent living room offers a comfortable sectional and a flat screen TV, with a convenient half bath nearby. For outdoor living, guests can enjoy two levels of balconies: a lower level with a sun lounger and glass top table for four, and a screened-in upper balcony featuring a table for eight and a private hot tub.

Located in Tan Tar A Estates, guests have exclusive access to two private pools. The neighborhood is just minutes away from Redheads Yacht Club, Land Shark Bar and Grill, and the Margaritaville Resort, where additional paid amenities are available.

• Rules: No pets, no smoking inside, no parties, and no loud music after 11:00 PM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
• Requirements: A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required. Guests must provide a government-issued photo ID and a matching credit card, pass a verification portal, and may be subject to a criminal background check and a signed rental usage agreement.
• Departure: Please clean the fridge, consolidate trash into the dumpster, run the dishwasher, and ensure all windows are closed and lights are off.
