Nestled in the trees of the highly sought-after Tree Top Village, the Tree Top Hideaway offers a truly unique getaway. This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom octagon-shaped home provides access to the community's three pools, including an indoor aquatic center. Situated in a prime location on Horseshoe Bend, near the Lodge of Four Seasons, the Bagnell Dam Strip, golfing, and an array of waterfront bars and restaurants, this property is the perfect base to explore the scenic Lake Ozark area.

The open-concept kitchen features beautiful granite countertops and a farmhouse table that seats six, providing a wonderful space to prepare and enjoy meals. The living room boasts a gorgeous wall of windows and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony, offering stunning views. While the fireplace is non-operational, the room's cozy furnishings and decor create a welcoming ambiance.

The main-level master suite features a king-sized bed, nightstands, a dresser, a flat-screen TV, and a large makeup vanity outside the bathroom, which has a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom, located on the lower level, offers a full-sized bed, nightstands, and a private attached bathroom with a single vanity and a stand-up shower. This room also has its own private sliding glass door leading to the lower deck. The third bedroom is a loft-style space with two twin-sized beds and a half-bathroom.

Outside, the property offers two large decks. The upper deck features a BBQ grill, sun loungers, a large wicker patio set with cozy cushions, and a wraparound bench for additional seating. Guests will need to visit the Tree Top Village office to acquire a key card for the indoor pool, which requires a $20 deposit that is returned upon the pass's return.

To ensure a seamless stay, guests will receive their door code 24 hours before check-in, which will only be active from 4:00 PM on the day of check-in to 10:00 AM on the day of check-out. Guests will also be required to provide a copy of their government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and provide a valid credit card for a refundable $500 damage deposit.
