The home features a spacious 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom layout designed to accommodate up to 16 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a master suite with a king size adjustable bed and an electric fireplace, two bedrooms with queen size beds, and a fourth bedroom with a full-size bed. The fifth bedroom upstairs offers two twin sized beds and a full-size bed. For larger groups, the downstairs bunk house serves as the sixth bedroom, featuring two queen over queen bunk beds with trundles and a twin size bed, along with a dedicated living area and foosball table.

Inside, the open concept kitchen is flooded with natural light and features brand new epoxy countertops, a breakfast bar, and a dining table with seating for eight. The gorgeous living space is anchored by an electric fireplace and opens via two sets of sliding doors onto a screened-in balcony complete with string lights, a flat screen TV, and new furniture. Entertainment is centered in the brand new game room, which boasts a pool table, darts, a classic Pac-Man arcade game, and epoxy flooring.

Situated in a peaceful no-wake cove, the outdoor experience is the star of the show. Guests can enjoy an oversized dock featuring a slide and high dive, a kitchenette, and a dining area that seats ten.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. To comply with security rules, guests must provide a government-issued photo ID, pass through a verification portal, and sign a rental usage agreement. A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required before check-in. Please note that credit card fees are non-refundable if a reservation is canceled.
