- Security and Surveillance - Video / Audio doorbell at entry will record entry and exit during stay. Decibel measuring devices inside and outside for noise control standards. Smart lock systems for timed guest access. Interior communication panel for Z Wave connection with smart system will not record during stay - no video / audio on interior communication panel. Additional exterior cameras identified within listing.
- No open flames (wood fireplaces / candles) inside the property and No fireworks are allowed at any LakeDays Rentals properties.
- Checkout Procedures include load & start dishwasher, remove items from refrigerator, take out trash TO DESIGNATED TRASH LOCATION, close / lock all doors, return outside amenities / furniture to original location
- $150 fine for garbage left on site due to unique garbage removal requirements throughout the lake area
- Owner lock out areas (closets / cabinets) are present and must be respected by guests
- We cannot be accountable for issues we’re not aware of. Unreported housekeeping or maintenance problems will not be addressed (i.e. request for credit or compensation) at checkout or after you return home. We require an opportunity to resolve prior to any consideration for credit.
- For Pet Friendly Properties Only – There is a $70 per pet fee that will be added to your reservation upon booking when registering your pet
- For Condos offering Boat Slips Only – There is a $30 per night boat slip rental fee. Not all condos offer boat slips. Review property listing for availability of slip.
