In total, the retreat offers 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, with 3 bathrooms to ensure easy mornings for everyone. The entire space is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests, offering plenty of room to unwind and create lasting memories.

Inside the main house, you will find comfortable living spaces with ample seating for movies, games, and conversation, along with a well-stocked kitchen equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and essentials for easy meal preparation. The separate bunkhouse adds a fun dimension to the stay, providing quick access to the main home while offering a dedicated space for the younger crowd.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dog-friendly only (max 2 dogs). A non-refundable $150 pet fee is charged manually after booking. Unauthorized pets or policy violations result in a $300 fine.
• Smoking: Strict NO SMOKING policy inside the home; violations will result in a $250 fine.
• Late Check-out: Must be requested the day before departure. Approved late check-outs are $20 per hour; unapproved late check-outs incur a $50 fee.
• Early Check-in: Subject to availability; $15 per hour if approved.
• Additional Fees: Stays longer than 21 days require a $50 long-term cleaning fee. Lost items incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs.
