This modern unit offers beautiful views from the private balcony overlooking the 12-mile marker of the lake, as well as access to the complex's impressive amenities. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a dining area for two, while the living room boasts a cozy couch, mounted flat-screen TV, and sound system. The bedroom is outfitted with a plush queen-sized bed and nightstands. The bathroom offers a shower/tub combo and a single vanity sink. Outside, you can fire up the gas grill on the lakefront balcony and dine alfresco at the bar-height table with seating for two. The Lakeshore Hideout complex also provides a lakeside pool, indoor pool, playground, basketball court, tennis court, and a private boat launch, making it the perfect base to explore the scenic Village of Four Seasons, Missouri. Please note that you will be required to obtain a parking pass from the office and complete a verification process, including providing a valid government-issued ID and credit card, before receiving your check-in instructions. A refundable $250 damage deposit will also be collected. By completing your reservation, you agree to the rental terms and conditions.
