This spacious retreat is designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are generous, with both bedrooms featuring a king-sized bed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The master suite offers a beautiful view of the lake, complete with nightstands, a dresser, and a flat screen TV, while the second bedroom provides additional utility with a bar-height work table.

Inside, the living area is anchored by a large flat screen TV situated over a cozy electric fireplace, accompanied by a large couch and chair. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs with stainless steel appliances and a dining room table that seats four. Each bathroom is well-appointed with a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.

Step outside to the screened-in waterfront balcony, where you will find ample seating and a large patio table for four to enjoy the vistas. The property is ideal for water lovers, offering access to a heated pool and a swim dock for relaxing days floating in the cove. For those bringing their own vessel, a 12x28 boat slip is available for rent.

Located within the Lighthouse Landing complex on the northern shore of the Lake of the Ozarks at Mile Marker 1, you are just minutes away from the excitement of the Bagnell Dam Strip, Osage Beach, boat and jet ski rentals, and a variety of lakefront bars and restaurants.

• Guests must be 25 years or older to book
• Pets are not allowed
• No smoking inside and no parties
• No loud music after 11:00 PM
• A refundable damage deposit of $250 is required before check-in

To comply with security rules, guests must provide a government-issued photo ID, a matching credit card, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check and a signed rental usage agreement are required. Please note that credit card fees are non-refundable upon cancellation. Upon departure, guests are asked to clean the fridge, consolidate trash into the dumpster, run the dishwasher, and ensure all windows are closed and lights are off.
