Upstairs, you will find a second bedroom equipped with two full-size beds and ample closet storage, as well as a third bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and nightstands. These rooms are served by a second bathroom with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. For additional flexibility, the upstairs area includes a second living space with a sleeper sofa and bean bag chairs, all while maintaining a view of the lake.

Inside, the open-concept living room boasts a large sectional and a flat-screen TV, perfectly positioned to take in amazing lake views. The kitchen is a blend of style and function with high-end farmhouse finishes, stainless steel appliances, custom concrete countertops, and a large breakfast bar with 4 barstools. • Rules: No pets, no smoking inside, no parties, and no loud music after 11:00 PM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
• Requirements: A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required. Guests must provide a government-issued photo ID and pass through a verification portal; criminal background checks may be required in some instances. Please ensure the fridge is cleaned, dishes are run through the dishwasher, and trash is placed in the dumpster upon departure.
