Experience the Sierra Bay Sweet Retreat, a newly built 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that's the perfect lakefront getaway! This condo features elevator access, two pools, and a fish cleaning station on the docks. Enjoy a 12x32 boat slip right in front of the condo, with trailer parking and a nearby boat launch.

The open-concept kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and seating for four at the island. The living room boasts a sofa bed, three accent chairs, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open to the lakefront balcony.

The master suite features a king-sized bed, lake views, and an attached bathroom with a double vanity, large walk-in shower, and spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two extra-large twin beds. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Outside, the screened-in balcony offers a bar-height table, rocking chairs, a dining table, and a gas grill with views of the main channel and pools. Fishing poles and a cooler are provided for guests to use on the community dock with a fish cleaning station.

Please note that the complex does not allow motorcycles. Guests will receive a door code 24 hours before check-in, and will be required to provide a government-issued ID and credit card, as well as sign a rental agreement and pay a refundable $250 damage deposit.
