The Master Suite is a true retreat with a King-sized bed, dresser, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open directly onto the balcony. The second bedroom is designed for flexibility and fun, containing a twin bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, along with a dresser and flat screen TV. Additional sleeping options are available in the living room, which includes a sofa with a queen-sized bed and a loveseat with a twin-sized bed.

Interior Highlights The home boasts a newly updated open-concept kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. The dining area provides seating for four and offers an unobstructed view of the Grand Glaize bridge. In the living room, you will find high ceilings, an electric fireplace, and a dry bar featuring a Keurig coffee maker. Both bathrooms are equipped with a single vanity sink and a shower tub/combo.

Outdoor Living Step out onto the lakefront balcony to find a table with seating for four and a sunshade, all while enjoying open views of the lake and the Grand Glaize bridge. For those arriving by water, a 10 x 30 boat slip is available for rent.

Location & Neighborhood Situated at the 1MM of the Grand Glaize Arm, this complex puts you in the center of the action. You are located close to the Osage Beach Outlets, Dirty Duck Boat Rentals, Pappos Pizza, Wobble Boots, and Tire Biters. Guests can even watch the Formula boats directly from the condo.

Practical Information & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Please note that pets, smoking inside, and parties are strictly prohibited, and loud music is not permitted after 11:00 PM.

To ensure security, guests must provide a government-issued photo ID, a matching credit card, and pass through a verification portal; some instances may require a criminal background check. A refundable damage deposit of $250 is required before check-in, and a rental usage agreement must be signed. Guests are asked to clear food from the fridge, consolidate trash into the dumpster, and run the dishwasher upon departure. Credit card fees are non-refundable if the reservation is canceled.
