- Playground, Game and Fitness Room: All minors (children under 18 years old) must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian or other responsible adult in the Game/Fitness Room and on the playground.
- Check-in / Check-out: To allow us to have the properly cleaned and prepared for incoming guests, we ask that guests check-out by 11:00 AM and that new guests arrive after 4:00 PM. Check-out prior to 11:00 AM is particularly important as our cleaning personnel normally start cleaning the house promptly at 11:00 AM upon the day of check-out. For check-in, we check-in all guests in-person. If check-in in-person is an issue, we would politely ask that you book elsewhere.
- Minimum Stay: Unless explicitly noted, our minimum stay is just 1 night.
- Towels / Linens: We provide bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for all guests as well as sheets for the beds, so guests do not need to bring their own. We do not provide beach towels though, so it is suggested that guests bring their own beach towels.
- Kitchen Supplies and Dining: We provide a basic supply of cooking and dining utensils for guests to use. This includes a coffee maker, toaster, salt, and pepper. Please wash tables, counters and any dishes that have been used prior to departure.
- Outdoor Grilling: Feel free to use the outdoor grill. Please clean the grill after use.
- Bonfires and Firewood: A fun and family-friendly fire pit is provided for having bonfires and s'mores. Bring your own lawn chairs. Firewood is not provided but may be available for purchase at various grocery stores and gas stations in the area. Hosts may occasionally have firewood available on a donation basis. Please fully extinguish all bonfires with water when done.
- Acceptable Guests: Only the number of guests noted in the reservation are allowed on the premises, unless other arrangements are expressly made in advance. The primary person listed on the reservation must also be present in person during the stay and they must be present as well at initial check-in.
