This hideaway features a 9-foot deep heated pool, hot tub, putting green, garage gym, and an open-air lounge with a full outdoor kitchen designed for bachelorettes, birthdays, and the non-basic main character crew.

This single-level home accommodates up to 12 guests across 4 bedrooms with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 offers 2 Queen beds with an ensuite bath and walk-in closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each feature King beds with closets. Bedroom 4 includes twin bunks and full bunks with a Smart TV. Each bedroom comes with blackout curtains, ceiling fans, and full-length mirrors.

The 2 bathrooms include a primary ensuite with double vanity, walk-in shower, and bidet, plus a hall bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combo. An outdoor shower provides privacy with surrounding walls.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with checkout at 10:00 AM. The property enforces a 10 PM quiet time per city noise ordinance, prohibits smoking indoors or outdoors, and does not allow pets or unapproved visitors. Outside vendors require prior approval, and the booking person must be present for the entire stay.
