Guests swim in the lake at their own risk.

2 Vehicles Max on the premises. No parking at the restaurant or on the street. Please only park in the two covered parking spots provided. They are labeled "NoDouble". There is an additional parking lot, (Sam's Remote Parking), that you can use .25 of a mile down the road. If you need to use the additional parking please ask the restaurant and they can direct you where to go. If they are unavailable please contact the host.

If there is missing or damaged property, occupancy rules are not adhered to and it results in the need for a deep clean, or the Hot Tub is compromised for the next guests - We will charge an amount that is reasonable to cover our loss. Thank you for respecting our space and our neighbors.

Possible Charges:

• Missing Towel | $25
• Making our Cleaners Wait | $50
• Compromising the Hot Tub for the next guests $300
• Damaged or Missing Items | A price enough to cover our loss.

NOT SUITABLE FOR PETS - We go to great lengths to make our lakehouse comfortable for those with allergies and sensitivities, including no feathers, down, or carpeting in our home and we use high quality air filters.

6 People MAX in the hot tub at one time.

We want you to arrive to a clean hot tub. You can help that happen for the next guests. This is how:

*YOU MUST SHOWER before soaking to remove any oils, deodorants, etc. NO PRODUCTS OF ANY KIND are allowed in the Hot Tub!

**Glass, Food, and drinks are also not allowed while soaking.

***If you do not follow our hot tub cleanliness rules and compromise the hot tub for the next guests we will make a $300 air cover claim to cover our loss. We make sure that the waters are clean and the PH is balanced for every guest and lotions, soaps, and other products can completely throw everything off. It takes a full day and costs us hundreds of dollars to have to empty, deep clean, balance and refill the hot tub. Please help us keep the spa clean and clear for the next guests.

Additionally, we allow smoking on our property premises outdoors. This ONLY applies to smoking on the OUTSIDE of the property. Please DO NOT SMOKE or light fires of any kind INSIDE of the house. Please place butts in provided outdoor receptacles.

No Fires of ANY kind inside the house. This includes candles.

***IMPORTANT: Due to the high demand of our property and the very busy schedule of our cleaners, it is very rare that we can accommodate late checkout or early checkin. YOU MUST REQUEST THIS AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE! If our cleaners have to wait on you, you will be charged. Please time manage accordingly so you can follow our checkout procedures before leaving.

We have designed and printed house & area guides provided at the property that give detailed information on the house as well as some great suggestions for local activities. Please follow the check-out instructions provided.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS

Please leave all beds that were used unmade.

Please leave enough time to bag and take out your trash and do your dishes before checkout. There are dishwasher pods for you under the sink.

Please use the scraper provided for the grill if you used it during your stay.
