House rules: Check-in: After 4:00 PM Checkout: 10:00 AM -No smoking: Please do not smoke or vape in the house. If you must smoke, please only do so outside, away from the house and patio area, so the smell can’t get into the house. Please dispose of cigarettes in a bottle or can, then throw the can in the trash. -Small parties like birthday parties, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are fine, but please keep noise to a respectful level and always be respectful to the neighbors. No music outside after 10 pm, please. Unauthorized house parties with guests not on the reservation or disturbing the neighbors will result in eviction with no refund. -Please do not touch/tamper with the cameras. Tampering with the cameras or noise monitoring system may result in eviction with no refund. -As there is no safety fence around the pool perimeter, always watch children when they’re in the backyard. Guests assume all risks when using the yard/pool.

- Pets – Well-behaved dogs are allowed with written permission from the host and $150 pet fee per pet (2 dogs max). Violators will be asked to vacate without a refund.

When you check out, we prefer that you leave the used beds unmade. If you have the time, the cleaners would greatly appreciate it if you would run the dishwasher (if needed). We don't have any required check-out tasks, but it would greatly help the cleaners if you have time... no worries if you don't.
