Designed for intimacy and comfort, the home features 1 bedroom with a full size bed and 1 bathroom with a shower. To accommodate additional guests, there is also a sleeper sofa located in the living room. The interior is newly remodeled and fully furnished, creating an inviting atmosphere throughout.

Inside, you will find a living and dining area anchored by a gas fireplace and a cozy sitting area, complete with a table and chairs for dining. A small, fully stocked kitchen provides everything needed for a light meal. For your convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer, with laundry, dishwasher, and dishwashing detergents provided. Guests can also enjoy a drip coffee maker equipped with coffee beans, a grinder, filters, creamer, and sugar. All bed, bath, and kitchen linens are provided.

The outdoor spaces are a true highlight of the property. A large screened-in porch features cozy string lights, a gas grill, and a gas firepit (with propane provided), making it an ideal spot for a grilled meal in the fresh air. While situated on a side street, the home remains peaceful with very little traffic. A designated parking spot is provided between the home and the neighbor's property.
