Designed for maximum comfort, the mansion features 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across three levels: the main floor hosts two bedrooms with King beds (one including a futon and private bath); the second floor offers four bedrooms with King beds (three of which include a Twin bed and private baths) and a massive seventh bedroom containing 6 Full-over-Full bunk beds; the basement features an eighth bedroom with a Queen bed and an L-shaped bunk bed with 4 Twin beds. For additional flexibility, the home includes a futon and sofas, and guests are welcome to bring air mattresses for the game room. For those seeking a unique experience, an optional 32’ camper that sleeps 10 can be delivered and set up on-site for an additional fee.

The estate is a haven for entertainment and relaxation. Guests can enjoy an incredible game room equipped with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, basketball, checkers, and an infinity game board. The outdoor space is equally impressive, featuring a seasonal heated pool (open May 1st – October 1st), a hot tub, a fire pit, a grill, and a dedicated pickleball/basketball court. Inside, the home is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen featuring a Breville Espresso machine, an indoor gas fireplace, and luxury memory foam mattresses throughout.

Located in a rural area with breathtaking scenic views, the property is approximately 10 minutes from downtown Millerstown for grocery and gas needs, and 23 minutes from the natural beauty of Little Buffalo State Park.

• Guest Policy: The base capacity is 16 guests. For groups over 16 (ages 2+), an extra guest fee of $25 per person per night plus taxes applies.

• Events: All weddings and events must be approved in advance. A minimum event fee of $500 applies for gatherings with unregistered guests.
