This spacious property features 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests across three levels. The main floor hosts two bedrooms with queen beds and a living room with a sofa. The second-floor loft area includes a king bed suite with a full bathroom and a sleeper sofa. The basement provides a fourth bedroom with two twin bunk beds and an additional lounge sofa. With 3 bathrooms in total, there is ample space for everyone to relax.

Designed for entertainment and relaxation, the cabin is packed with unique features. Guests can unwind in the game room, which is equipped with a pool table, darts, and a Pac-Man arcade machine, or gather around the wood-burning fire pit and two gas fireplaces. The outdoor experience is enhanced by a large, private deck with outdoor dining and a gas BBQ grill. Inside, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a stereo sound system with Bluetooth for your favorite tunes.

Located in a rural mountain setting, the home is just a 10-minute drive to Blue Mountain Resort, the Appalachian Trail, and Apollo Farms. Within a 30-minute drive, you can explore the historic town of Jim Thorpe, Penn's Peak music venue, and Hickory Run State Park. Due to the mountain location, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended for access.

• Parking: Driveway parking available for up to 6 vehicles
• Rules: No pets allowed. No fireworks, unapproved parties, or unregistered guests. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Fees & Policies: A $40 damage waiver fee is included. A $500 penalty applies for unauthorized late check-outs or house rule violations. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a $50 fee per request.
• Security: The property is monitored by a doorbell camera at the main entry and a floodlight camera at the driveway.
