• Check-out: 11:00 AM (Enjoy a complimentary noon checkout on Sundays to avoid a rushed morning!)
• Pets: We are pet-friendly! A $100 fee per pet applies. Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be kept in a kennel while you are away (kennels available upon request). Please pick up after your pets.
• Smoking: No smoking indoors at any time; please use the provided outdoor ashtray with windows closed.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect neighbors from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Occupancy: Only guests on the original booking may stay overnight.
• General Care: Please ensure all personal belongings are removed upon departure. Guests are asked to follow basic care: lock what you unlock, turn off what you turn on, and clean any messes made.
