About Property

Discover the ultimate family escape at Pinot In The Pines, a beautiful new Broken Bow cabin tucked into the popular Pine Hill area of Hochatown. Featured by Condé Nast Traveler as Dallas’ best Airbnb for a weekend getaway, this secluded retreat is designed with families in mind, offering a perfect blend of cozy gathering spaces and exciting entertainment for every age.

The home features a thoughtful layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The first floor boasts a spacious, open-concept main living area where the kitchen, dining room, and living room flow seamlessly together beneath tall vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. This level includes two beautifully appointed master bedrooms, each featuring a Purple® mattress and a private attached bathroom with a stone walk-in shower. A convenient half bath is also located just off the main living area.

Upstairs, you will find a second living room designed for play, equipped with video games, board games, and puzzles; a closing door helps keep the noise contained. The second floor also hosts a fun four-person bunk room with four twin beds and a mounted smart TV, along with a third full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the Pinot In The Pines experience. Start your day on the covered front deck with rocking chairs, or spend your evenings on the covered back deck. The outdoor space is an entertainer’s dream, featuring a gas grill, a large hot tub for soaking under the stars, a 55" smart TV, and a gas-log fireplace. Guests can enjoy oversized Jenga, tic-tac-toe, and cornhole, or gather around the fire pit with seating for 8 to make lasting memories.

Practical amenities include an on-site EV charger supporting both NACS (Tesla) and J1772 (non-Tesla) connections. Small animals are welcome to join the family adventure.

Basically, you need to just bring your clothes and your food. Each of our cabins is fully stocked with everything needed to provide a wonderful meal for you and your guests. You'll find pots, pans, small appliances, dishes, flatware, drinkware, and several pantry items. We provide Folgers coffee for the drip coffee makers along with salt, pepper, sugar, and creamer. Our cabins also have Keurig coffee makers. You will need to bring K-Cups for the Keurig. You'll also want to bring cooking oil, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and extra paper towels. Each cabin also has plenty of linens and towels. We hope to have everything you need in the cabin to make your stay comfortable. We suggest you pack extra towels for outside activities. Please do not remove anything from the cabin, including towels and blankets. Please do not use our blankets and comforters for picnics. Please bring your own.
Please do not take our cabin towels to off-site activities such as the lake or river. You may be charged for lost or damaged towels and linens. Maid service is not provided. Feel free to use the washer and dryer at the cabin. We also provide liquid laundry detergent and fabric softener.

The hot tub will be set for use prior to your stay. You'll simply need to increase or decrease the temperature, turn on the jets, and lights by using the buttons on the control panel. Please don't change any settings.

Please do not allow anyone in your group to walk on, jump on, or play on the hot tub covers; they will break. The condition of your hot tub cover was documented prior to your arrival. The cost to replace a hot tub cover can be from $450 to $650.

DO NOT BURN ANYTHING IN THE INDOOR FIREPLACE. IT IS A GAS LOG FIREPLACE. Most indoor fireplaces have a thermostat control or a timer on the wall near the fireplace. Fireplace lighting instructions can also be found in the Cabin Guest Book at the cabin.
