You will love the fabulous views of the resort pool and the Gulf of Mexico from your double private balcony, the perfect spot to watch the waves roll in.

The layout is designed for maximum relaxation and fun, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a guest capacity of 8. The spacious primary bedroom offers a comfy king-size bed with soft, cozy linens and a Smart TV for late-night entertainment. The guest bedroom is equally inviting with a comfortable full-size bed. For the kids (and bigger kids!), there are adorable built-in twin bunk beds tucked into the hallway entryway. For those last-minute guests, a full-size sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the property's experience is enhanced by a fully stocked kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar. Guests can enjoy the Maravilla Condos' wonderful tropical setting, which includes three pools (one heated), a hot tub, poolside grills, picnic tables, and chaise loungers. For those seeking activity, there is a volleyball area, ping-pong, and bean bag toss. Free cable and WiFi are provided in the condo for easy streaming.

Located in an amazing and fun community, you are within walking distance of miniature golf, go-carts, and dining at Jimmy's on the Pier. Nearby attractions include the world-famous Schlitterbahn waterpark, Moody Gardens, and the historic Grand 1894 Opera House. For shopping and art, a visit to The Strand and Postoffice is a must.

• Parking: A fee of $10.00 per car per day (plus tax) must be paid to the Maravilla office (cash not accepted).
• Other: Laundry is located on site. Please note that construction is ongoing at the Maravilla complex, though the unit itself is not under construction.
