Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property; smoking anywhere inside the home will result in a non-refundable $250 fee. Pets are not typically allowed, though exceptions may be requested and will incur a non-refundable $175 fee. There is a zero-tolerance party policy to comply with City of Scottsdale noise ordinances. Minut noise monitoring and exterior cameras are installed for security and occupancy verification. Guests must sign a pool safety waiver prior to arrival. Please note that the garage is not accessible to guests, and unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee.
