There is a maximum of six vehicles allowed at the property: two vehicles may be parked in the garage and four may be placed in the driveway. Please be aware that street parking is strictly not allowed at this home, as this is our way of being a good neighbor to the families around us. Additionally, if you are traveling with a trailer, we kindly ask that you park it inside the garage.

Practical information for your visit includes a check-in time starting at 4:00 PM and a check-out time by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed at this property.

Additional rules
- Late checkout without prior approval will be charged $25 every 15 minutes.
- Please do not smoke inside the house. -Evidence of smoking in the home (smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) will receive a $250 fee for smoke abatement.
- Open flames are not allowed anywhere on the property.
- Consumables/toiletries are for use by guests while in the home.
- The Wi-Fi password will be sent to you once your trip is confirmed. If you do not receive it, please reach out to me.
- The TVs are smart TVs with Roku, Hulu, and other streaming services. Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and other apps are available (you may need to input your username/password - don’t forget to log out)
- All guests are to be registered or accounted for through AirBNB, VRBO, Direct Booking Website, or other sources. Unregistered guests will incur a penalty of $250 per person
- There are three exits to the house: Front door, kitchen back door, and basement back door
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am.
- No illegal activity is allowed and is cause for immediate cancellation of reservation without refund.
- Unauthorized animals will cause immediate reservation cancellation and a $250 fee. -UPON CHECKOUT: Place used dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle; we will empty. Please leave all sheets on the beds and the beds unmade (this allows our cleaning staff to take inventory quickly). Put all used towels and wash cloths in the primary bedroom's en suite. Turn off all lights and electronics.
- There is noise monitoring hardware inside the home. It does not record conversations but monitors decibel levels. This allows us to be compliant with the city's noise ordinance.
- Please note: The Harbor Lake HOA does not allow trailers or commercial vehicles with any lettering on them. There is a maximum of six vehicles allowed at the home - two in the garage, and four in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed at our home. That is our way of being a good neighbor to the families around us. If you have a trailer, please park it in the garage. If it won't fit in a two-car garage, please message us for other arrangements. If we are assessed a fine from the HOA for violating these rules, we will request reimbursement from you. We have other homes available in Smithville with less strict rules.
- Trash Day: Due to the HOA rules on trash cans, they are stored in the garage. On Sunday, we will open the garage door from the outside and roll the bins to the curb. We will return after trash has been picked up and return the bins to the garage. At no point will we enter the home.
- The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
