The sleeping arrangements include two queen bedrooms and an additional space with a full-size bed and a twin trundle. For added flexibility, the family room includes a sleeper sofa. The home is completed by 1 bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

Inside, you will find a welcoming family room equipped with recliners, a smart TV, and a coffee table ideal for games and puzzles. This space flows seamlessly into the dining area and a kitchen boasting beautiful custom countertops and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals. Start your mornings on the welcoming front porch with comfy seating, perfect for a quiet cup of coffee.

The backyard is designed to be your favorite hangout spot. It is packed with fun for all ages, featuring a newly added pool with plenty of seating, a relaxing hot tub, and a shaded deck area. Located next to the National Forest, Backwoods Bliss provides easy access to nearby ATV trails and relaxing nature walks through the scenic areas of Hochatown.

• Pets: This is a pet-friendly property with the following restrictions: Limit 1 pet, maximum weight of 25 lbs. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding (failure to comply results in an added cleaning fee). Owners must pick up dog waste. Mandatory cleaning fees and a deposit apply for pets.
