• A government-issued photo ID and a signed rental agreement are required within 48 hours of booking

• Security: The home is equipped with an indoor security camera in the game room, multiple outdoor cameras, and a noise/occupancy monitor
• Safety: Please supervise children at all times due to cable railings with large gaps, elevated areas, and unlevel terrain
