This comfortable bungalow is designed for relaxing family stays, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, with a guest capacity of up to 8 people. The layout includes a primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and an open loft providing additional sleeping space with twin bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed with prior approval and payment of a pet fee (unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee)
• Parking: Driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles. Street parking and parking on the grass are strictly prohibited per HOA regulations.
• House Rules: No parties, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and stay for the duration of the reservation. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking or vaping inside the home or garage. Camping or pitching tents in the yard is prohibited.
• Requirements: A signed rental agreement and house rules acknowledgment are required before check-in.
