Here, you will find a spacious living area with coastal décor and a flat-screen TV, alongside a fully stocked kitchen featuring a Keurig and all necessary cooking supplies. The dining area accommodates 8 guests, with an additional 5 seats available at the breakfast bar. This level hosts three bedrooms: two master suites (BR1 and BR2) each featuring a plush queen-sized bed and a private ensuite bath, and a third guest bedroom (BR3) with a queen bed.

For added flexibility, the first floor features a detached entrance leading to a private downstairs apartment. This self-contained space includes a kitchenette, living, and dining area, as well as a daybed with a twin trundle to maximize sleeping capacity. The downstairs area contains two additional bedrooms: BR4 with a queen bed and BR5 with two twin beds, both sharing a full-size bathroom with a tub and shower.
