The property features 4 covered carport spaces, private entrance, fully fenced backyard, and outdoor shower. The chef's kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking basics, quality pots and pans, dishwasher, coffee makers including French press, wine glasses, blender, rice maker, and barbecue utensils. Beach essentials and bikes are provided for guest use.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM with low-stress departure - simply take out trash and load the dishwasher. Please note this is a stilt home requiring climbing stairs to access the front door. Pets are not permitted.
