This premier residence is packed with features for entertainment and relaxation. The downstairs area boasts a Texas-size open living area with plush seating and a large flat-screen TV, alongside a fully stocked kitchen ideal for preparing freshly caught fish and shrimp. For additional amusement, the garage has been converted into a game room. Outside, you will find an outdoor entertaining area complete with a full outdoor living set and a full-size BBQ pit for family gatherings. Guests also enjoy access to two large community swimming pools, which are heated during the winter months, located just steps from the front door.

Nestled in a gated community with security patrol during peak season, Sandy Toes is just a four-minute drive from the beach. The neighborhood is golf cart accessible, making it easy to explore the local surroundings.

• Rules: Minimum age to book is 25 with a valid ID required. A Life in Paradise rental agreement must be signed upon booking.
