Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. A 2-night minimum stay is required. Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old with valid ID and be present throughout the entire stay. No smoking and no pets are permitted. Two parking passes and 8 wristbands will be provided for community facilities. Boat slips are available for rent at $45 plus tax per night on a first-come, first-served basis - please request at booking.
