This second-floor condo is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 8 guests. The main level features the first bedroom with a king bed located off the living room, as well as a washer and dryer for added convenience. Ascend the interior spiral staircase to find the second bedroom with a king bed and a third bedroom featuring both a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunkbeds. The home includes 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. A 2-night minimum stay is required, and the primary contracting guest must be at least 25 years old with a valid State Driver’s License. Please note that this is a second-floor unit with no elevator access. Parking is available for 2 vehicles; parking passes and wristbands for community facilities are issued upon check-in. No smoking and no pets are permitted on the property.
